Roam in Pakistan

Daily Times reports that Pakistan has offered to allow cellular roaming to Indian operators if India chooses to do the same for Pakistani providers. Fearing its misuse by terrorists, India does not allow roaming facility for Pakistani companies in its territory, nor does it allow operators within India to offer the facility in Pakistan.
