Record GSM additions in Dec

Another month - another record. GSM-based cellular operators added a record 32 lakh subscribers, the highest since the starting of the service taking the total user base to 5.85 crore.

Mobile consumer satisfaction low

Mobile user base in India is zooming, but consumer satisfaction is not.
