Shopping portal SifyMall.com has announced that its users will be able to buy products and services over their phones and pay using JiGrahak’s m-commerce/m-payment platform

Ngpay always get error,with idea network,always i got 21.0 or 22.0 connection not establish .How cou’d i got this .
