Very pretty. Unfortunately, with Telecom Italia, communicating even via plain old-fashioned telephone can be awfully damned difficult – they are legendary for poor customer service (even worse than the Italian average). Long tale of woe on my website at http://www.beginningwithi.com/italy/living/telecom.html, though I only recommend this page to masochists!
