					<description>I received the most depressing customer experience yesterday from BPL, (in addition to the many of theft in airtime). I activated my International roaming, two days ago, and was charged Rs. 5,500/- as deposit + was told that I had a credit limit of Rs. 3,500/-. I was also told that my roaming would start in 4 hrs. After 24, the call center told me it would be an additional 8 hrs. Finally the same center told me that they could not start it as I needed to pay Rs. 500 more, and that too only at the gallery. Its caused me grave agony as I need to depart today. I seek appropriate redressal.</description>
