Regional language content can boost rural growth

Speaking at a session on “World Class Telecom Services: India Success Story” at the recently held Connect 2006 conference in Chennai, these speakers stressed that VAS can contribute towards subscriber growth in rural areas.

On which basis we can say that the subscribers having 25% growth. because we dont have revenue data nor subscribers number.
